    Old metal tank venting

    When I pump the primer it instantly leaks fuel" same kind of fuel tank as discussed" Also a hiss of air can be heard with each pump of the primer. Therefore fuel can't even reach the outboard. I've got 2 identical tanks and the other operates as it should. So that narrows down potential issues...
