    I'm now thinking one of the carbs isn't tourqed correctly and it's sucking air until it warms up and the expansion seals the gap.

    After the carb overhaul it still didn't run so I brought it to a repair shop and he found a bad solenoid so then I bought two more new ones and replaced the wires and the plugs at the same time. I was not trying to troubleshoot anything at that point. Bottom line, it only runs on two cylinders...

    Thanks for the reply. The prop is an OEM stainless steel. I removed the oil injection components years ago and it sat for a few years after that and I ended up having to overhaul all three carbs. I also installed three new solenoids wires and Spark plugs. The frustrating part is that it starts...
