    95 Evinrude 50HP

    I have a 95 Evinrude 50 HP outboard. It has worked great until a few days ago. I have noticed that when I try to start it the engine makes a shrill squealing sound. It almost sounds like the flywheel is dragging against something. I can turn it off and try again and it may start up and not do it...
