    Mercruiser 3.0 Gear Lube Leak - Outdrive

    okay i've found the culprit after bumping psi up and moving parts. when i push where my finger is shown here i get air leakage. is this the shifter seal? also attached is the current state of my bell housing gasket.

    Mercruiser 3.0 Gear Lube Leak - Outdrive

    The outdrive on my 1995 Mercruiser 3.0 is leaking gear lube oil. It's not the gear lube line itself - seems to be more internal. Refer to attached pictures to see where the drip is coming from. Any ideas??
