    1999 15hp mariner 4stroke wont turn over unless in reverse lower leg issue?

    Hi all just got myself a boat and got one run in last season i guess i got took lol, it turns over at rope or prop in reverse ,neutral wont pull and prop is in neutral,:confused: drive both siezed so i drained leg it was gritty and probably indicating a rebuild in order never pulled one apart...
