    B100 (10HP) hard to pull starter rope

    I have an older B100 (10HP) that has recently (this summer) become hard to pull start. It pulls easy with plugs out, but it is hard to overcome compression with them in. Does anyone have any ideas on how to help or what might be happening? Thanks!!

    Transom screw/plate repair

    Anyone know how to properly flare the end of a transom screw so that the push plate stays on? You have to have it in the bracket and access is limited. Anyone know the correct way? I would post a pic, but the site is not letting me do it.
