    " My son-in-law just bought a " My son-in-law just bought a boat with a Chrystler 9.2 outboard motor. Model number is 9601. Can anybody help with the year model? Also, on the front of the motor beside the choke is a knob that turns approximately 1/4 turn from left to right. What is this knob for? "
