    Broke the jerk rope on 77 Mercury 402

    I was working on my 77 Mercury 402 40hp 2 stroke and eventually I broke the jerk rope. I have the top cover off and the whole pull start assembly off of motor. Anyone know how to put a new rope in? The old one is completely out now and I'm a little lost. Also, do I need a specific Mercury rope...
