    water / oil problem

    I have a 351w in my boat and due to a bar manifold / riser I now have milkshake oil. (i removed the manifold to test) So i CANNOT start the motor to burn off the water...I have changed the oil / filter 3 times (cranked engine a few times to pump the oil thru) STILL coming up bad, cannot...
