    98 johnson 150 oceanrunner tilt trim works but not fully

    Out on the water yesterday, sounded like the motor hit something, 18' deep in bay, now the motor tilts up almost all the way, the bottom of the motor just in water, the motor trimming down goes down to the trim rods, then stops, no more movement. Both motor switch and control switch work but...
