    Trying to solve low rpm stall, surging, 2010 Mercury 30hp EFI 4stroke

    My Tohatsu 30C 4 stroke does the same, also after it stalls it won't restart untill 3 or 4 tries unless I advance the fast idle lever. sometimes it will be fine for days, other times several fails in one day. Have tried running it on E5 (99 RON) fuel, which seems to help, but not a complete...
