    Easy question 2001 225 hp EFI

    I feel stupid asking, but I just bought a used boat that has a 2001 Mercury 225 EFI. How do you get the cowling off? It has one latch on the front, but opening the latch does not allow me to breakthe seal. Help please. I know, maybe if I cant figure out how to open the hood I should stay out...
