    Mariner 9.9 throttle arm broken....HELP !!!!

    I just picked up this nice 9.9 Mariner outboard motor and somehow in transport the steering arm has snapped off. It appears to be a broken piece of plastic that went from the control arm to the motor and some of the arm itself. All the controls are intact inside the arm. Serial number 0G052744...
