    low rpm when accelerating 1999 454mag mpi inboard

    i have a 1999 454 mag mpi ser# 0l086980 with 600 hrs starts and runs great till under way and it falls behin the other engine and then suddenly will surg up rpm new fuel and filter what could be the issue? Carver 1999 santego
