    I just ordered the two replacement anodes 97-804085A01 that mount between plugs 1&2 and 3&4. I removed the 2 bolts but am unable to remove the old one easily.     2003 Merc 115 HP EFI OB - rpm's limited

    The motor recently started struggling to get to speed and rpm's ( capping out now at 3700 @ 20 knts ) whereas before easy to go to 4400 and mid-20's.
