    2003 175 johnson

    i have a 2003 175 johnson , i have to choke it most of the time to keep the motor running until i get to full throtle , when i stop for awhile the fuel bulb loses prime , i have to reprime it and still have to choke it , local mech said it was fuel pump problem , any suggestions
