    Buzzer on 1994 135HP Mercury outboard

    When turning the key on it will beep a couple beeps like it should. When the key is shut off and then turned back on again it will continually beep...beep...beep.....until you start the motor. Have disconnected each item individually to try and isolate it without any luck.
