    ? Small parts found on ground after using muffs

    Just got Johnson 9.9 seahorse ( ? 1977 ) about 1 week ago. I put the muff on it and it ran like a charm but I noticed a small screw with star washer and another piece of metal lying on the ground. The other piece was rectangle shaped with "u" shaped in end of it. What are these pieces? Guy said...
