    Hi, all can you tell me if the parts are interchangeable?, I have a 1975 Evinrude, with head problems (leaks), can I use the head off the Johnson 1975 25 Hp. Also gearbox and prop are they compatible. Thanks Bill:p

    Hi I recently removed the head using a screwdriver stupid I now realise. Everything working just fine,except small water leak where I used driver to remove.     Evinrude 25 HP head bolt torque.1990

    Hi all just joined the group and would like to know the torque setting for the head bolts. The colour of the motor is Olive green .I am not real sure of date of manufacture certainly 85 onwards. I live in Australia and would like yo get the old tinnie out for XMAS.:)
