    I have a 99 Johnson 50hp outboard that the owner worked on and made it worse I have done a sync and link on it and checked it twice I have rebuilt the carbs and reset floats I have removed the bolts that were in the reed valves from the air silencer and replaced the damaged reed valve assembly...
