    My 9.8 2cyl 4-stroke, 2004 has a shifting problem. When in forward position, I can turn prop by hand and it turns one way but not the other way. example: If I turn the prop, by hand, which should make the boat go forward, the prop turns easy. If I turn the prop to go reverse, it turns hard...
