    1968 Evinrude 9.5hp #9822e weak and no spark

    Just starting with this motor getting it to work. Was told (and they look it) both coils, points and condensers are new. Initially would only run at high speed no idle. Used spark tester and found #1 spark weak #2 strong. Swapped coils. Now #1 spark strong and #2 weak. Exact opposite. Ok...
