    i have a2005 honda 8hp the other day i was fishing at idle prity much all day i got some kelp wraped around y shaft, so i tilted it up some to let the kelp pass when i put the motor back down it was blowing white smoke lots of it.i revved it up and it cleared up and ran fine i took the top off...

    I have a 2005 8 hp honda, i am the second owner and a don't think it has more than 20 hr on it if that. i only use it for a spare for emergency and some trolling.but i start it regularly before i leave the dock just to make sure it runs. i will run it full throttle to get it up to temp.the last...
