    40hp 3 cylinder with moisture on one plug

    ive got a 1993 40hp Yamaha 3 cylinder with 120 on compression on all 3 cylinder but im getting a little moisture on the bottom cylinder and feel sluggish once you get passed 3/4 throttle idles smooth and starts fine what would be he possible causes any ideas
