    Re-assembling Mercury/Mariner 25Hp Problem with bottom cowl/tray

    Hi. Just asking for a bit of advice. I’ve got one of these 25hps which I’m reassembling. Can’t for the life of me figure out how the bottom cowl (tray) attaches securely to the top of the mid section. It just has the 4 bolt holes that attaches the shroud underneath the tray.
