    I am trying to start my 9.9 merc outboard. I am not getting any spark from the plugs. The on/off switch is in the run position. I have removed the ignition coil. Is there any way I can test it? The part # is 825668 I think. The serial # is no longer readable. Thank you for any suggestions.
