    Back at it... pulled lower u again..used rectorseal on all gaskets confired all whaseres and orings and alignment s are good. dialed back the timing and performed a linkage sync... leaned out the idle mixture. Still running hot at anything less than 1200 rpm.... any more great ideas!!@

    Was the CDI module. Rusns great! But still getting hot at low RPM! Flushed and replaced all components removed thermostat..... still running hot at idle! The pump pressure is great at speed... but will stop at low speed/ idle... then the temp limiter kicks in. At wits end !!!

    100 per cylinder. And yes did the pull wire test both are hitting

    Sierra parts... pulled plate flushed all orifices. Dropped lower unit assured all was in good condition. Checked temp sending unit not shorted. Decent flow now for clappers. But I still can't get any throttle out of it .. just starts boggin and surging all over the place. Got the service manual...

    tj25elens, tracker motor running hot? Just put new pump kit in. Intermittent water output at telltale....thought thermostat might be stuck... pulled water jacket plate ..No thermostat...any help would be appreciated..
