    Mercury 9.8 - 1981- NO WATER FLOW - HELP

    I took my motor to the dealer and he told me the blockage is in the head/block. (Impeller and water up tube working great.) He said that the service would cost more than just buying another used motor. I have tons of time and lots of tools. Where should I start and have others solved this...
