    Yes , without spraying the 50:1 in the carb, it will just spin and assume eventually would flood. I read where that device by the little red lever should click when pushing in the key, but haven’t had two people to put a finger on it and see.

    I was given a Cape Horn with a Johnson 115 that has been sitting for years. From the start I planned on replacing it with a Yamaha 150, but figured I’d try to get this one going to sell. The gas tank fuel is all yellow so I hooked up an external tank at the engine. I sprayed seafoam creeper...
