    Low RPM's at WOT 50hp 50ESL71S

    Ok first off I have 145 psi in both cylinders for the compression test. Parts I have replaced both coils, stator, power pack, rectifier, rebuilt both carbs, replaced all of the fuel lines from the tank to the fuel pump and on the carbs. Had to replace the fuel pump as well due to the old owner...
