    Outboard newbie

    I just got a 1958 johnson 7.5 i did a carbon clean out with seafoam an put new plugs also I replaced pretty much everything in the lower unit now it's Revving high at WOT a bogging down then picking back up by it's self it's like it's running away any ideas ?i done a compression test it's 75 on...
