    Trim clicking, Not going up or down.

    2004 Crownline. Having trouble with the tilt up and down. Hearing a click both ways but nothing beyond that. Took it off the trailer yesterday after being out of the water since last fall, trim went down very slowly but stopped short of all the way down. Have checked for voltage at the solenoids...
