    restoring 1954 evinrude 15hp

    Hi Guys, I need some help on a 1953 15hp evinrude fastwin. My compressor is at 125 on both cylinders. The engine is very hard to pull or even turn with a drill machine with plugs on. And it turns perfectly without plugs. Feels like the compression is to high. Any idea what could be wrong?
