    What I believe is a fuel pump for my '84 185hp Evinrude.. e185txcrs

    I have replaced the spark plugs, spark plug wires, and batteries.. and finally the engine runs again.. only problem is, i have to throttle the engine high to keep it running, and i have to push the throttle down far to start the engine.. the carburators all look really clean, so my only guess...
