This is a very helpful thread for me because my 2003 240 hp EFI in my Sea-Doo challenger is giving me similar problems. I have attached the video. Is this similar to what your boat was doing?
OK, the fuel filters were replaced. I emptied the old fuel filter. There was no water in that filter. I also tested the fuel injection system with a pressure gauge and got a reading of 43 pounds which is what the Manual says it should be plus or -2 pounds.
