    Mariner 200hp

    I've got an 1983 Mariner 200hp outboard and has new water impeller but can't get it to pump water out peep hole until reving it up several seconds. Then it will pump decent as long as lower ram, but stops after taking off at higher rims. Any ideas on my issue?
