    1997 evinrude 20hp

    I have a 1985 bass tracker with a 1997 evinrude 20 hp outboard. The boat planes great and runs very well when i am solo. When i fish with someone else in the boat....it does not plane and frankly doesnt run very well. I have a stabilizer on it now. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
