    Tohatsu 6 hp has hole in rocker arm

    I have a Mercury 6hp 2010 (this is the same engine) with the same problem "Exhaust rocker arm hole". It broke twice. I have figured it out, it was the exhaust valve guide, it moved. I took every thing apart and re positioned the valve guide. The problem accrued one year after an overheating...
