    2002 Mercury ELPTO 60 2 stroke starts badly after shallow water mode

    Hello, I need some advices to solve this probleem. After the engine was staying in the shallow water mode it starts very badly. I must handly pump the fuel every time. Could it be the fault of some valves, or fuel pump will need replacement. Kind regards Andres Patzig
