    Rebuilt carb last year. Y'all helped me tweek the carb. Top speed of 23 mph. Ran good all season but always had to use gas/oil mix sprayed into carb to start.     1976 mercury 20 hp outboard won't open up

    rebuilt carb,new spark plugs, new gas tank, new hose and bulb. Cranks, idles. Put in gear and runs fine. open throttle all the way and only get about 1/3 speed. I'm sure it has to be throttle linkage or carb adjustment. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
