    I figured out my issue. It was actually a miss and not a surge. It was the plugs. Cheapo Champions. I put the old plugs back in after cleaning them up and the engine runs like a top. It's probably not long before I'll need a coil so I'm still interested in finding out the coil source.

    Can you give a source for the coil packs? I have a 2016 Optimax ProXS 115 and seem to be having the same issue.
