    1988 mercruiser 4.3 missing and quits running but starts right up

    My 4.3 mercruiser will start right up but then misses and sometimes back fires through the carb. It also will stall at idle but also starts right up. It will even quit sometimes at speed but also starts right back up. Replaced cap, wires and coil.
