    i have a 1979 evinrude 115 it has a miss checked spark good compression is at 120 psi in all cyl cleaned out carbs it starts up on the first shot just bought the boat prev owner said it wouldnt go over 5000 rpms all the plugs are new after i ran it for 5 min i checked the plugs all were fine...
