    Ok this is actually my dads boat, it's a 2005 crest liner pontoon the engine is a 2005 60hp Bigfoot efi 4s when in gear under load it won't go past 3800 rpm we have tried swapping props the guy we bought it from had a vengeance 15p and also the stock 13p swapping to the 13p did nothing for us...
