    1998 Evinrude 115 with auto (VRO?) oiling running bad.

    It started running rough/cutting out very badly last year. I decarbonized it, changed plugs, ran it out of fuel twice and only used non-ethanol fuel since, used seafoam a couple times, changed the fuel tubing from the bulb to the motor, and cleaned the fuel filter twice.
