    '93 evinrude tracker 9.9 2 stroke only starts cold with push to prime ignition once warm will not start unless I follow procedure for flooded engine (remove the fuel line and run starter about 15-20 attempts) it does start after that smell alot of gas what do u think?

    problem with '93 evinrude tracker starts when cold but will not restart warm, must disconnect fuel line and run out fuel to restart thoughts?
