    Evinrude 60hp 1971

    Hi i have a 60hp Evinrude with electric shift dont know much about it wanting to know if anyone has had much to do with them and how do you tell if the electric shift is working or getting power, cant seem to get it out of gear. model number is a 1971 60172C ?
