    Merc wont turn

    "i bought a boat for cheap and "i bought a boat for cheap and it came with a 1959 Mark 58A motor. (45 horse, electric start with alternator). i got it started only has a couple issues. what i need help with is that the motor wont turn so i cant steer. is there a lock on it i am over looking...
