    have done everything, same problem 1. rebuilt carb, ultrasonic and new parts, correct jet as per catalog pulled power head, split cases, resealed crank upper and lower seals ,oring new gaskets problem is will start and idle just fine , to throttle up still need to close choke to 3/4 closed...
