    Volvo Penta SX 5.7 GL - No Power

    I took my boat out on the water and proceeded to throttle up all the way and it would not go past 2200 RPM. It seems to want to go but just couldn't. What can this be caused from? My prop is new(matched to old one), new plugs just installed. Help please, any info would be greatly appreciated.
